At Aqualogica, we want you to love your glow; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free return and exchange process within 7 days of delivery. Please ensure that items are unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by the original invoice.

Return Process

  Log into your account and visit the 'My Orders' section to select the items you wish to return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your package.

  Quality Inspection

  Upload clear images of the product and its packaging to help our team verify the condition and approve your request for processing.

  Pack and Pickup

  Once approved, securely pack the items in their original box; our courier partner will arrive at your doorstep to collect the return within 48-72 hours.

• 4.
  Refund Issuance

  After the returned product passes our warehouse quality check, your refund will be credited to your original payment method or as store credit within 5-7 business days.
